At the onset of the Covid-19 outbreak the team at Culinaria in San Antonio moved swiftly to convert Restaurant Week to Restaurant Week to Go and set up an Emergency Relief Fund for hospitality workers.
Not long after that, Culinaria joined forces with celebrity Chef Jason Dady to help feed those hospitality workers by setting up HospitALLity House at Dady's Alamo BBQ Location.
